- Explore Plaza de Armas, the heart of the city which is a square enclosed between high hills in Cusco.
- Go whitewater rafting or try inflatable canoeing.
- Go around the city on a rented motorcycle.
- Shop for souvenirs at the Artisan Market or look for handicrafts and weavings at El Centro Bartolome de Las Casas.
- Sip a cup of coffee at one of the shops in Plaza de San Francisco or visit a bar and sample what the local cuisine has to offer.
