Things To Do: Koh Samui
Koh Samui has eight beach towns and dozens of interesting places to visit, so you'll not be lacking in fun outdoor activities to indulge in, including the following:
- Catch a monkey show at an open-air theatre on the road behind Bophut Beach.
- Check out the Grandmother and Grandfather Rocks on Lamai Beach, which are said to resemble the male and female sex organs.
- Go island hopping as you explore one beach after another - including Chaweng Beach, Lamai Beach, Maenam Beach, Bophut Beach or head to the Big Buddha Beach located at the northeastern part of the island.
- Take a day trip from Koh Samui to go sea kayaking or snorkelling at the Ang Thong National Marine Park.

- Take a 4WD jeep jungle tour of Koh Samui.
- Visit the Wat Khunaram Koh Samui, one of the most famous temples in Thailand.
